What the service is

The app is a memo app that tidies itself up by giving memos a lifespan. When a memo’s lifespan ends it moves to the Trash, and the Trash is emptied after a set period. Pin a memo or set it to No Limit to keep it.

Free and Pro

• Free use has limits: 10 memos to keep for good (No Limit or pinned), 4 tags, and no iCloud sync.
• Pro removes those limits and adds iCloud sync. You can choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. Refunds follow Apple’s policies.
• The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and works on both iPhone and Mac with the same Apple ID.
• If Pro ends, your existing memos are not deleted or locked. Actions that would exceed the free limits, and iCloud sync, stop.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your memos. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Back up important content separately in case a device is lost, wiped or broken. Expired memos pass through the Trash and are then permanently deleted.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss or indirect damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the app.

Changes to these terms

If the terms change, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
